I use this as a scalp oil and it does leave my hair a lot softer. As far as producing my hair thicker, Im not confident, my hair has often been thick so I can't seriously vouch for that. It has a pleasant smell, it kind of smells like a coconut pastry, if you do not like coconut or Genuinely sweeet smells than I would not suggest this, it is really robust. Im vegan but this item is only vegetarian. I did not realize that this had milk in it so when Im carried out with the last two bottles I will not be purchasing once more. Still a certainly really good scalp oil, it can also be applied when flat ironing hair. It leaves a genuinely great subtle shine.
